It allows for the calculation of ROI for one-time purchases or continuing revenue streams. For a one-time purchase, the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) should be set to 0%. For ongoing revenue, your actual NRR percentage should be entered.
The calculator uses discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis. This approach considers the time value of money, providing a more precise valuation of long-term marketing campaign impacts by determining the present value of future earnings.
